Judah Phillips
Judah Phillips is an award-winning entrepreneur, consultant, and author. He co-founded Squark and currently focuses on strategy and growth. He also founded SmartCurrent and has sat on multiple boards of technology companies. As a Harvard Innovation Lab VIP, he has written three books on analytics and data science. Judah is also an adjunct professor at Boston University, an adjunct lecturer at Babson College, and a founding member of the University of Massachusetts Advisory Council for the Humanities and Fine Arts. Judah holds an MBA and an MsF from Northeastern University and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his family and friends doing cool stuff.
Dan Hess
Dan has been working for the past 23 years in the analytics industry, focusing on helping organizations tap into the vast potential within their data. Dan co-founded Squark and is currently, focusing on engineering and operations.
Prior to Squark, Dan co-founded Ironside, a nationally-recognized analytics services and sales organization, which he grew over 20 years to more than $20 million in annual revenue.
Residing in Boston, MA, he spends free time doing his best to keep up with his wife and kids and enjoying all life has to offer.
Tim Steele
Tim Steele is a highly successful executive sales leader with extensive experience in both the Americas and Europe. Tim specializes in AI, data analytics, and customer solutions. Prior to joining Squark, Tim held several key sales positions includingJama Software, MessageBroadcast, SoundBite, and EdgeWave.
Tim’s experience spans over 20 years, and he has a proven track record of success in building teams and driving revenue growth for his companies. Steele is a graduate of Bentley University’s business school, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. He also holds a Series 7 license and Series 63 & 65 license from FINRA.
